What is Yearbook 2020?
Yearbook 2020 is a web app created to let students and graduates sign each other's virtual yearbooks.
How do I use Yearbook 2020?
You can sign your Yearbook 2020 page or your friends' pages by moving your mouse with the left mouse button held down or drawing with your fingers or a stylus if you have a touchscreen. You can change the brush size and color using the dropdown menus at the bottom of the screen and you can access the menu by clicking on the three lines at the top left corner.
Make sure to respect others' signatures by not erasing them or drawing over them!
What do the buttons at the bottom of the screen do?
The Clear Changes button will clear all changes you have made to the Yearbook 2020 page you are on. This cannot be undone.
The Download button will email you a copy of your Yearbook 2020 page as a PNG image. You can save it to your computer from the email, and you can print it once you have saved it to your computer. You can only download your own Yearbook 2020 page.
The Upload button will upload all changes you have made to the Yearbook 2020 page you are on to our servers. These changes can be viewed by anyone who has access to the page.
The Update Page button will update the Yearbook 2020 page you are on with any changes that others have made since you loaded the page or last pressed the button.
How do I let my friends sign my page?
You can let your friends access your Yearbook 2020 page by sending them your custom link. You can find your custom link by opening the menu at the top left and clicking Share your Yearbook. This will copy your personal link to your keyboard which you can send to your friends.
How do I sign my friend's yearbook pages?
Ask them for their custom link. You can only access pages that you have a link to.
How do I sign in to Yearbook 2020?
Signing in to Yearbook 2020 is done with either a Google account or a Facebook account. You must use one of these methods to use the app. Additional sign in options may be available soon. Make sure to use the same account each time you sign in to make sure you access the same page.
My message was erased when I hit upload!
Your message probably wasn't deleted. Try pressing the Update Page button after a few seconds and your message should be there. If it's not, send us an email at yearbook2020app@gmail.com describing your problem and we may be able to help.
Something is wrong with my page.
Make sure you only give your personal link to people you trust. Send us an email at yearbook2020app@gmail.com describing your problem and we may be able to help.
I signed in and my page is blank.
Make sure you sign in with the same Google or Facebook account each time. Your page is linked to your account. If you sign in to the wrong account, open the menu at the top left and click Sign Out.
The webpage does not work on my phone.
Try using a real computer. Yearbook 2020 was designed to support modern laptop and desktop screens.

Who built Yearbook 2020?

Why is the sky blue?
Gases and particles in Earth's atmosphere scatter sunlight in all directions. Blue light is scattered more than other colors because it travels as shorter, smaller waves. This is why we see a blue sky most of the time.

Here are some basic instructions to get you started:
You can sign your Yearbook 2020 page or your friends' pages by moving your mouse with the left mouse button held down or drawing with your fingers

Hovering over the Toolbar at the bottom of your screen will open up a menu with different buttons and options, including Brush Size, Brush Color
, Clear Changes, Download, Upload, and Update Page. For more information about the buttons, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.
Clicking the three lines in the top left corner will open up a menu with quick links to useful pages, including your yearbook, the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page,
and a sharing link to your yearbook. You can also change the website's theme from the menu.
